When will I receive my order?

Great question!  All orders are custom printed on demand.  We do not keep inventory in stock. On average, it takes approximately 4-7 business days to print. All orders will be shipped via standard shipping which takes about 5-8 business days. On average, most orders arrive within 7-10 business days.

I see a great design, but I would like it on a different color shirt. Is this possible?

Yes! It's possible! We can change the color of the shirt, but the actual design will remain the same. Contact us at support@wrightvibes.com and let us know what you're looking for. We will do our very best to accommodate you.

What is the return/exchange policy?

All of our sales are final. However, we do offer a hassle-free 30-day exchange if there was an error on our part.

Is there a tracking number for my order?

Yes! Tracking numbers are emailed to you once the package has been sent.  Sometimes the email gets lost in the black hole a.k.a the SPAM folder. Be sure to check there within 4-7 business days if you don't see the email in your main inbox.  

What if an item is damaged?

We'll fix it! If you receive a damaged product for whatever reason, please email us with your order number, a picture and description of the damages. A customer service representative will contact you with next steps.

What if an item is the wrong size?

We'll fix it! If we send a size you did not order, please email us with your order number, a picture and description of the incorrect item received. A customer service representative will contact you with next steps.
